Shiseido Professional held their big annual event “BEAUTY CONGRESS 2019” on March 5th at the Maihama Amphi Theater. Under the theme “TOGETHER WITH BEAUTY CREATORS”, the event was attended by 1,700 people from nine countries and areas in Asia, mainly consisting of Shiseido Professional customers such as Beauty Creators (hair designers), salon owners, and beauty journalists.
